Eligibility and Restricted Access

Our services are available exclusively to players who are physically located within the province of Ontario at the time of play. You must be at least 19 years of age to register a real-money account or use our services. We require every player to confirm their location and age before wagering.

• Wagering from outside Ontario voids your winnings and results in suspension of your account
• We prohibit the use of VPNs or any IP-augmenting software to access our services from outside Ontario; funds obtained this way are confiscated

Account Registration

To play at Luxury Casino, you must complete our registration process and create a personal account. When you use luxury register tools on our site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each player may hold only one account with us; duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonus funds forfeited. Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits in Canadian Dollars (CAD) through credit and debit cards, bank transfer services, prepaid vouchers, e-wallets, and Interac. The minimum luxury deposit is $10. When you are ready to cash out, our minimum withdrawal is $50, rising to $300 for Direct Bank Transfer or wire transfer requests. We process luxury withdrawal requests via Visa, Mastercard, OCT to Visa, e-wallets, Direct Bank Transfer, and CAD EFT/eCheck.

We apply a withdrawal limit of $4,000 per week where a win is substantially greater than your total purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos, and we may adjust this limit at our discretion. Card-scheme limits also apply: Mastercard Payment Transaction caps out at 40,000 EUR per day (approximately $58,000 CAD), while Visa OCT permits 30 payouts or 50,000 USD per day, 50 payouts or 85,000 USD per 7 days, and 150 payouts or 170,000 USD per 30 days. Where your balance exceeds these thresholds, we may release your funds in daily portions across successive business days.

Every withdrawal request enters a 48-hour pending period, during which you may reverse it in full or in part. Once this window closes, we process your payout on the next business day, Monday through Friday only; we do not process withdrawals on weekends or public holidays. Visa and Mastercard payouts typically take 3 working days, e-wallets 1-3 working days, Direct Bank Transfer 6-10 working days, and CAD EFT/eCheck 2-3 working days. If you use a payout method for the first time, or one that differs from your deposit method, we may require a further 5-7 working days to complete processing.

Welcome Bonus and Promotional Terms

New players who complete our luxury register process become eligible for our luxury casino bonus, structured as match bonuses across your first five individual deposits:

• 1st deposit: 100% up to $150 (deposit between $10 and $150)
• 2nd deposit: 50% up to $200
• 3rd deposit: 25% up to $300
• 4th deposit: 50% up to $200
• 5th deposit: 100% up to $150

We credit your luxury bonus automatically as bonus funds, and successive deposits cannot be combined - each one is treated on its own. Please note that we do not currently offer a luxury casino no deposit bonus; all promotional funds require a qualifying deposit.

Wagering requirements apply at 30x the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a $100 luxury bonus requires approximately $3,000 in wagering. Slots count 100% toward this requirement; table games, parlour games, live casino games, and other formats count only 2%; All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard count 0% and do not earn loyalty points. Double-up play does not contribute to wagering. All wagers are deducted from your cash balance first - bonus funds are only used once your cash balance is depleted.

We consider the following as irregular play, which may result in voided winnings: placing single bets of 25% or more of your credited bonus, using autoplay to clear wagering, placing even-money bets on Sic Bo, Craps, or Roulette, triggering a game feature after your bonus balance reaches zero, withdrawing deposits before your bonus is fully wagered, and hedge betting. Unused promotional bonuses, including any luxury bonus code offer, expire 60 days after registration. Our promotions apply only to deposits and wagers placed through our downloadable software.

From time to time, we may issue a luxury promo code for special offers, monthly point-boost promotions, or free spin campaigns. When we run a luxury free spins offer, standard wagering and game-weighting rules apply unless stated otherwise. All promotions are limited to one per device, person, household, family, address, email, financial account, IP address, or shared network, and no two promotions can be combined.

Our Loyalty Program
